Sessions are 50 minutes each. To ensure rapid and extraordinary results, I recommend meeting weekly. You will have access to my calendar to schedule your sessions. If you need to skip a week periodically, that is okay.
What can I expect from a typical session?
With faith being a cornerstone in this process, I will open and close our sessions with prayer for you. We'll review current goals and progress, discuss obstacles toward growth, and close with an updated action plan.
Will I have access to support in between sessions?
Yes! You will be able to communicate with me via Voxer in between sessions. You can message me with wins, questions, challenges, etc. and I will aim to respond within 24 hours. This app is a wonderful way for us to share feedback and encouragement along your journey!
Will you provide additional resources?
Based on your desired outcomes, appropriate "homework" will be suggested. You will likely find that the majority of work and growth will occur between our sessions.

How is the Masterclass different than the One-on-One Coaching?
The Deliberate Woman Masterclass is more structured and directive than individual coaching. Participants will still receive individualized attention as each will come with her own set of hopes and obstacles.
When do Master Class sessions meet?

When you register, you will indicate your preferences. Once at least three have registered, I will contact the group to decide on the best schedule.
What if I have to miss a session?
The Masterclass sessions will be recorded and shared with the participants only. So, if something comes up and you have to miss a gathering you will have access to the recording so you can remain on track.
