My journey has been filled with heartaches and healing, doubt and faith, insecurities and strength. One of my greatest joys is guiding others to know and experience the healing power that an intimate relationship with Jesus can bring. A degree in psychology, master's in counseling, and extensive background in ministry are the foundation of my expertise. This translates to a deep understanding of the struggles faced by women and the power women have to change the world when they embrace their faith and choose to live in joy.
My passion lies in serving women, whether speaking to a crowd or coaching individuals. I revel in the opportunity to share my insights at churches and women’s events, igniting a sense of purpose and connection. As the co-founder of Echo Joy Collective, I love to create community events and products that empower women to grow and connect in meaningful ways.

MY TRAINING
I am proud to be a Board Certified Coach (BCC). This mark of distinction was earned by meeting professional coaching competency standards established by CCE (Center for Credentialing and Education) and subject matter experts. My BCC certification demonstrates that I have met educational and training requirements and have passed the BCC examination. I am also accountable to the BCC Code of Ethics and am committed to the standards for continuing education.
To more effectively help women accelerate their growth and receive extraordinary results, I received further education and training through The Institute for Women-Centered Coaching. My work is informed by the foundational principles of Woman-Centered Coaching, designed to focus on unlocking higher potentials. While it is transformational in nature, it is not a substitute for psychotherapy, health care, or medical advice.
In my free time...
I enjoy reading, playing with my dog, Gabby, and planning my next travel adventure. I love spending time with my amazing husband, Chad, and my grown boys, Jacob and Ben. I thrive on the deep relationships in my life, be it from my extended family, or my friends that I can always trust to inspire and support me, or just make me laugh!
